Thanks for asking...i am doing well had surgery on 9/22 and i just couldn't keep still. Friday night went to Walmart sat morning went to the track and to got pampered .. everyone wants me to keep still but i have to keep on moving.

I am less than 24 hours away.....so nervous

Okay folks surgery is on Next Thursday @730am WTH.....LOL

i want to know how has some people attitude or way thinking has change since they have been banded. and how has your fam and friends accepted the change

8lbs lost since Jan.....slow and steady

wants to know how many of you went through the 6 months diet and exercise program before you were banded?
