day 1 after port revision surgery.. pretty rough day

woo hoo!!! Survived Easter Dinner and vacation with a -2lb loss!

alllrighty after a day of eating yummy Easter dinner it is back to the grind tomorrow!

-4lbs this week!! FINALLY MOVING AGAIN!

woo hooo!!!!! Measure day after 7 weeks= -34.75 inches overall!

ok -2.. that's better than -0.. just keep trucking along

nervous/anxious for weigh in day :-/ measuring day was a success..not sure about weigh in day

is getting ready to go with the hubster to eat yummy italian an see the ballet!

lunch date with the hubster today.. yum yum sushi!!

had my first fill today!! woo hoo

ahhhh what a great class...now it's veg and sleep time

is feeling GREAT after burning 793 calories in Zumba tonight!!! I think I'm baaaaaaaack :-)

Note to self: while tofu Shiratake noodles seem like a good pasta substitute, they are not for MY band :-/ major bummer

first dinner date with the hubster after surgery was a success!! Panera mac and cheese is delicioussss

had a goal if -5/wk from start of pre-op diet and totally blew it out of the water this week! Wonder if my lack of hunger is from internal swelling and when will all hunger h*ll break lose? lol

Teaching Zumba tonight! Hope I don't hurt my band :-/
