Just wanted to introduce myself -- I'm having my surgery on Sept. 8th and am more than a little anxious . . . . but with all of this good information, I'm feeling a little bit more secure :sad0: Thank you!!!

Hi everyone -- I'm scheduled to be sleeved on Sept. 8th -- very nervous, but excited about the possibilities afterwards! I'm really thankful for this forum -- what a lifesaver to have others to talk to! My husband is extremely supportive, as well as my 3 kids. However, I have not told the rest of my family -- I don't know what to expect from their reactions, etc. So, I think I'll do the wait and see approach with them . . . Looking forward to hearing about everyone's success!

Hi everyone -- I'm a newbie too -- will have my surgery on Sept. 8th -- I'm so encouraged by all the positive comments that I'm kinda getting excited about the new life that's coming my way! (but, I do have to say I am anxious about the surgery and the 1st couple of weeks post-op) but, now that I've read all the comments, I'm so much more positive that this is indeed the right decision I've made :confused: Thank you all sooo much!
