Totally love the article. I had lap band almost 4 years ago starting weight was 222 pounds and my goal weight was 115. I am at 128 and my doctor wants me to go to maintenance. I’m 5’1 and I don’t know how to do maintenance. I’m afraid to gain back any weight. I had a total knee replacement 6 months ago and do treadmill an hour a day every day unless we have doctor appointments. (We live in a rural area so most doctors are about an hour or so one way). How do I maintain?
