Whoop! Hope I can keep this pace going. I’m sure it’ll slow, my initial rolling seven day average was around 10-12 for the first couple weeks and it’s been hovering right around 4lbs a week since. Once I got past the low energy stage I feel like hyper-mode has been activated. No food issues. I’m capable of eating anything it seems nothing disagrees with me, just making good choices every day, and the restriction is still very high, an ounce or two depending on what it is. Ate some raw jalapeños even. I haven’t been this light since college (in the 90s). Doesn’t seem possible... wish I did this years ago.

Things I won't miss about being fat!

Sweating (I’m perfectly climate-controlled now). Hiding from cameras (I loooove getting my pic taken, like ALL. THE. TIME.) Snoring (I dont notice this, but Mr. is quite happy) Packing a sh*t-ton of clothes whenever I leave the house for vacation or a day trip (Now, everything I need fits in my purse) Being tired/winded at the tiniest exertion (I’ve got energy for DAYS) Feeling shy/uncomfortable/self-conscious (i have so much confidence now its quite disgusting)

    Lap-Band removal to Gastric Sleeve

I also had the lap band 10 years ago and loved it. I lost over 100 pounds and life was good until the gastric reflux started. It got so bad I was aspirating stomach acid into my lungs and I had to sleep in a chair. They removed all of the fluid from the band and the reflux went away and then I started on the track to get a revision to a sleeve. It seemed to me that I shouldn't have had to gone through the whole program for approval again but I did. I'm now waiting to get my surgery date finally after 6 months, which was probably a little longer because of Covid. Unfortunately having the band deflated and my gym closing (I was working out like crazy and now I've just stopped) I've gained a ton back. I'm so frustrated. Hoping to get the sleeve in 4-6 weeks, fingers crossed.

    Salmon and avocados

no problems here. I eat both. But like GreenTealael said, food intolerances can vary a lot between individuals.

Eventually, when I get there, I won’t miss having to sit in an oversized beach chair, while hubby is sitting right next to me in a normal beach chair.

Things I won't miss about being fat!

I don’t miss my sweaty thighs rubbing together or breathing heavily walking up a flight of stairs. And I certainly don’t miss having to wear flat or low heels because my feet ached & burned - bring on the 4inch heels again.

oh my PCP is perfectly fine with it and has no sympathy for me when I talk about wanting to be in the 130s again. Actually, with my build (large frame and muscular) and age (60), 150s is a better range for me ANYWAY. But I did like seeing those 130s on the scale when I was there!
