    Tah-Ketos lol

I gave these a try tonight and they were actually pretty good. Its sliced mozzarella baked til its golden, then you roll whatever you want in it. I used shredded chicken, and some seasoned black beans and corn. I was only able to finish like 2 if them lol, but that's because it's been really hot and I haven't eaten much. Food Before and After Photos

Ok, I’ve seen that on Top Chef and Food Shows. I always thought they were saying tamale vs. tomalley. No wonder I found that term a bit confusing! I’m sure it’s wonderful but I get easily squicked out on guts, offal and any meat I’m unfamiliar with. I know it sounds weird but if I think about what I’m eating, I get grossed out. I can eat crab, shrimp etc... but I would pass on the tomalley. I don’t have the guts to try it! I can’t bring myself to even try lamb.

    Suggestions on multi vitamins

I take 1 Bariatric Complete Orange flavor (don't EVER get the berry, it's like berry flavored dog food!) and to me it tastes like a slightly stronger Flintstones vitamin. And I take 2 Celebrate multi's (without iron) that are grape flavored (these are actually good). The Bariatric Complete are sold in my doctors office and you can buy 2 bottles for $45 or order online and it's $20. I get the Celebrate on Amazon and I order a three month supply at a time for $46. The site I order the Bariatric Complete on is where I get my calcium as well and they're Bariatric Advantage. I order both the chewy ones for $33 or the tablet chewables for $25.

I have a few suggestions for getting the muscle in the calves to thin out and some suggestions about loose skin. I lost all my weight at one point and had thick calves. I switched to non weight bearing exercises such as a exercise bike with no resistance and gradually the calves thinned out. Regarding loose skin. I swear by body brushing to lessen the loose skin. I went from 250 to 175 once and I used a natural boar bristle brush on my legs and thighs. It helped a lot. I also rubbed cocoa butter on my breasts and thighs daily. I was still loose but it helped. I'm due to have surgery in a few weeks and I have a new body brush and cocoa butter on hand. Good luck. Sent from my SM-A102U using BariatricPal mobile app

    Dizzy

I had this last week and found out it’s because I’m dehydrated. We are still supposed to be drinking 64 ounces of water every single day. I just have not been able to do that. I have been working for the last several days to get an additional 10 ounces, so now I’m up to getting about 30 a day.

Same height- I was in my 20’s, jogged, worked out - and at 135 you could see my ribs. Was not a good look. 140 is the lowest I want to go. I’m also 2 more kids later and 50 years old now so 150 seems reasonable.

at 5'5" you can come up to 150 and still be at a normal BMI. The ranges are pretty wide, though...frame size and amount of muscle can make a big difference on where on your range you look best.

I think generally, the first place you put fat on is the last place it comes off.
