Its official!! My Surgery date is rescheduled June 12th!! Thanks to Rona..it was officially scheduled for March 27th..

Anyone that see's you walk down the street would never believe you weighed 322. You look fantastic.

My 4 month follow-up was yesterday. I'm down just over 50 lbs and (according to the numbers) have lost 33% of my excess weight. It's a good feeling, especially when combined with wearing clothes that wouldn't fit at the beginning of the year. Fortunately, my dog keeps me active, even in the lock-down. I do miss going to the gym though, and I'd just gotten into a good workout groove when everything came to a grinding halt. The people I see at work keep telling me "you're melting away" and my wife is very encouraging as well, so I've got plenty of support thankfully, but I know I've still got work to do. The biggest goal I have right now is to get under 250. I'm only about 7 lbs away. That will be a big day for me. The only real struggle I have post-surgery is the uncomfortable "heaviness" feeling that comes when I eat beef or chicken. I'm told this is a normal thing and could last a while, so I'll continue to put up with it and/or avoid the steak and chicken breasts. Hope ya'll are all doing well.

Congratulations and welcome to the ride... along. The only advice I can think of (not that you asked 😂) is to let your husband pursue his goals, you pursue your (separate) goals and then find some goals in common to keep you connected. Good Luck ❤

I’m so sorry. I hope it opens soon. I’ve seen others who are getting their surgery this month.

Prayers for those of you who are waiting for your surgeries. My hopea are for everything to take place in it's time.

I would think the amount in the bariatric multivitamin wouldn’t be cause for elevated levels. Unless you have other concerning symptoms or your doctor expresses concern than likely you have nothing to worry about.

I had this once not sure how high my number was but redid blood work 2 months later and levels were back in normal range Sent from my SM-G950U1 using BariatricPal mobile app

My surgery was scheduled for May 18th and yesterday an hour before my preop appointment they called and canceled my surgery. I was very frustrated and upset. I just received a call and they rescheduled me for July 22nd. I'm really hoping this date sticks. I am happy for everyone that has received their new dates and are able to get their surgeries now.

We’ll likely miss each other since I’m flying out in the morning.
