IM IN A STALL, but im ok...

Alright guys, im currently in the middle of a stall. but im not panicking at all. its been a week and my weight has stayed the exact same every single morning. (im a daily weigher) My diet hasnt changed at all, and neither has my exercise, so i know this is just part of the process. This forum prepared me for this though, so i will keep track on here how my stall is going. its only been a week, could be a few more. Who knows. Hopefully it break soon! But ill keep at it regardless.

    How to tell family??

Seriously consider waiting to talk to them until you know for certain your surgery date (unless you want to be talked out of it - if you know thats what they'll do)

I keep stalling too but I think its water related for me, but it seems like you're doing good. You've lost a ton of weight! Congrats! How many days a week do you exercise?

I HIGHLY recommend leg & chess press machines. Not too crazy and makes a difference.

    exercises post-op

Hello All, I’m 7 weeks post-op, i have been cleared to workout. What are some exercises that i can do. I already do cardio and it seems to me the planet fitness i go to has limited machines.

    Nervous

AJ is right, don't over think it. I'm 4 months out and only experienced dumping twice and it was because I was off my game and ate something wrong. I'm back to eating right and I'm good. Its very tempting to try new things or old things that we used to eat but If you stick to eating the right things, you'll be good. Sent from my SM-G965U using BariatricPal mobile app
