    Vitamins

I just switched from Celebrate chewables to the BariatricPal Multivitamin One. The Celebrate used to make me super nauseous, and you had to take two of them. The Bariatric Pal version is only one tablet and the taste is much better. The Celebrates were so bad that I had to extend my Rx for Zofran just to keep them down. Do yourself a favor and get a 30 day supply and try them out. This is not an endorsement for any kind of kickback, I truly have found them to be superior and I'm happy to support this product going forward, it's a game changer.

Hi all, I had a total hysterectomy years back and have been on estrogen pills since then. My surgeon asks that patients stop HRT or estrogen 1 week before surgery, to help minimize chance of blood clots. Does anyone else have any experience with this? It has been pretty rough... the headache was sooo bad after just two days off and has not relented at all. Migrain like I have not experienced in years and years, though I used to get them frequently. Throwing up, light aversion, the whole ball of wax... I might have attributed it to the liquid diet I am also on, except I was a week into that before stopping the estrogen and had not experienced headache up till then. I am going to do what my doctor advises and stay the course, just curious what others experienced and were advised. Anyway, if you got this far, thanks for reading a hungry, hurting, stupidly weepy girl's post. lol...

    Packing is so much easier!

I’m down 75#. Biggest NSV is that packing for a trip is so much easier. My jeans take up a fraction of the space! For someone who packs carry-on only, this is a HUGE (or maybe small) deal. :). I was even able to pack tennis shoes to work out - I’d never have had room for that before!! Now I just have to resist the urge to fill my bag.

    My weight loss journey

My English isn't good if you don't understand anything tell me and I rephrase it [emoji28][emoji28] The hardest part was at the beginning to learn when to stop eating, because with less of 1 oz of food I was full and vomit if I eat a little more. The easiest is to buy clothes now🤣🤣🤣🤣. Well I think is not easiest part, but when you start to feel better, physically, your self esteem. My pre diabetes and my high blood pressure dissapeared, you feel better. I think people treat me the same, some think I make a good decision, others I feel are waiting me to fail. But I hope to have enough discipline to keep doing it well. You have your surgery done? Sent from my SM-N950U using BariatricPal mobile app
