I am glad to see someone else that is not going hog wild with the "diet" I eat the same way as you do I have never tracked food or counted cals. and I have lost 150 lbs and have enjoyed life instead of fighting with food. -

Will quote from Fifth Element.."What doesn't kill you makes you stronger"...I laugh every time he says that..I really believe it..There are only a small percentage of people in this world that find life a bowl of cherries...Most of us only get to deal with the pits.... You should be very proud of yourself...Not only have you made a good life for your kids..But you are a survivor.....And now you are looking after you...that will make you even stronger.... -
1 pointI had lost 8 pounds going in and came out and gained like 10 . It takes 1 full week to get all the fluid out . now I am day 8 I think and down 16 pds-good luck!
