My husband came to see me in Papua New Guinea for a visit and we went across to Australia for a break. I took flights almost every week while I was in PNG and international flights every month. Oh how I wish I had lost weight BEFORE moving there...what a big difference it would have made.

Living in Papua New Guinea at the time, I was much taller than most of the locals so looked much bigger all the way around. The funny thing is, my being heavy there was not like in the USA...it was no big deal and did not stop people (all ages) from wanting to interact with me regularly. I do miss that part of it.
