This is me immediately after graduating high school. I remained in shape for about 2-3 years then consistently gained weight after that.

Many eons ago, I used to be in shape and quite slender. This is probably the last time I was like this (1989) and age 20. I was chubby before high school and during my high school years got active and in shape.
