Hello!! I saw you on YouTube where you first inspired me through your story. You look great! What were your keys to successfully making the vsg work?

You look wonderful and so happy!! You must be pretty tall b/c even in some of the higher weights, your image looked stunning. Im a shorty, so anything over 140 and I look like pretty pudgy and you can imagine that image cuz now im 240:(( But im looking forward to the meeting to learn more and be considered for surgery. Oh, If you got married, Congrats!! And most of all, May God truly continue Blessing it:)

Naroby-Thank tou, my main key was to listen to my doctor. Focus on protein drink water and go to the gym. U cant go wrong if u follow the rules

Deez- Thank you, im 5'7 n a half but look taller than that. I wear heels too so I look even taller lol...I didnt get married I went on the cruise with my bf for my 25th bday...Good luck to u all!

You look AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! How can I look you up on u-tube? What are some of your protein products? if you don't mind me asking and how did you loose your stomach. I started out at 410lbs I am down 180lbs and it has only been 10 months, but my stomach look fat, although my husband tells me it's not. lol thats so funny how u said I look like I dont have a stomache meanwhile I still think I do! lol its all in our minds, like u said, we been fat for so long we really dont want to see any fat at all lol...U can search me on utube Fabiola Apollon....I drink Premier protein shakes from Costco chocolate flavor its sooooooo good! only protein shake I will drink taste like choc milk...I go to the gym alot and lights weight and also run

Thanks! & Yes I think everyone has a lil bit of saggy skin..I have it around my arms and my stomache but Im focusin on strength training to help tone it up and also focusin on protein
