Surgery is 2 weeks away and I picked up my Opitfast for the next two weeks--Dont know how this is going to work with my job as an ED nurse, and of course the first day I start, I work. Trying to stay focused on the big picture!

Good news Annie! The big picture is going to be a smaller picture real soon. I am on day 5 of 10 pre op. Not one cheat and feeling ok, not grand but doable!

Im a paramedic and doing the two week diet was tourture because my partners stopped at fast food resturants twice a day.You can do it just stay away from temptation as much as possible. :)

I'm planning on not visiting the kitchen for the entire 2 weeks I have to drink the liquid before surgery..My husband has agreed.....can you drink as much water as you want when you are doing this part of the pre-op...

For me being at home is harder--even though we dont have any "contraband" in the house, I want a piece of cheese, something to crunch. Trying to stay busy and keep focused on 12 days from now!!
