bad day
:sad0:I have a horrible day today. i woke up not feeling good. went to work and ate some breakfast and within 10 min of eating it all came up. i tried so hard to not throw up all of it. i was so upset because i had to ask one of the nurses to help me. then all day my tummy was just turning. they asked me if i needed to go home but i couldn't afford to go home with me just coming back from surgery leave. i really wanted to come home but couldn't.
i hope everyone else had a good day. i pray that no one felt like i did. thanks for reading this and replying cause i really need it. you guys are such great people.
i will have to admit though i felt good enough this evening to go to my aerobics class that was scheduled, because i didn't want to miss a day. i love it so much.
