I have not been the best bandster this week...ugh! I have only excercised a total of 40 minutes and I have not been eating the best. I had cake and icecream last night. I know it wasn't the right choice, but lemme tell ya...it was DELICIOUS!! I'm up 7lbs since last week. I know it's just water retention because I havent been THAT bad!! I'm going to zumba tonight and I'm going to walk around the lake tomorrow and Saturday since we have a break in the heat. I'm getting back on track!!

You better get back on track because you must feel pretty lousy right now. Just a step backward and now time to go forward. I know I am going to have those days because in a week and half I will be going on a month long vacation and kind of worried about my food choices. But I am going to try and be good and how the HECK could you eat cake????? I would think that would get stuck.

<BR><BR><BR>A month long vacation!! WOW! Take me with you!!<BR><BR>I have 6cc's in my band right now and I can pretty much eat anything. I have found since my last fill that bread is a no no for me. The cake didnt get stuck...perhaps it was because it was softened up a bit with the turtle tracks ice cream. I'm back on track as of today!!
