kiz how did they diagnose that you had a leak? My doc said that he put 4 cc's in last time and when i went back in for a fill he said that there were only 3cc's. I asked how? why? he said that possibly it could have evaporated or that it came out after he did the fill?? I have seen where they do a barium test and wondering if he should have done this on me.

There are several explanations for loss of fluid. One can be as simple as they will not be able to suck out as much as they put in. There will be some fluid that gets stuck in the band, tubing, and port. Another is as your Dr. stated. Anyway, it can me hard to understand, all in all if you are loosing restriction and have reached your sweet spot already, I would be concerned. If you are working on getting to your sweet spot, I would hang in there and see how it shakes out.

I've had 4 fills, not at my sweet spot yet. I suspect this upcoming fill will get me there, also up until the 4th fill my restriction would be good and then ease up. The 4th one gave me something to work with.
