Well basically I live in Long Island NY I am 5'3 and 350lbs estimated.. I had a bad car accident which left my back injured and now my knee is filled with fluid and cracks from a knee injury a year ago. I DESPRATELY need lap band surgery.. I have Affinity and Medicade please help me on my journey thank you Heather Colonna
