Well I really don't have a lap Band story...yet I am seriously considering this surgery as I am inpatiently waiting for my initial packet to arrive.I would like some suggestions/stories from anyone who can explaine the pre-op time from ariving at the hospital, to the OR table... I work in healthcare and I have never had general anesthesia...This is the only part of the whole package that totally freaks me out!Has anyone recieved conscious sedation prior to being wheeled into the OR?
