After a failed lap-Band, I sit here now on a pre-op diet waiting for my sleeve surgery next week. I'm terrified and stoked! I'm battling with the part of my brain that says this will be another failure, and trying to keep optimistic. I have more than 200lbs to lose and I desperately want it gone! I just want to live a life with my Husband, and my 6 and 2 year old, without the restrictions of all this extra weight.
With the help of my mom I've decided to go to Mexico, get the surgery, and start the road to recovery. At this point my deductible and the cost of surgery in Mexico is almost the same, so why wait for all the insurance loopholes right?!
