Growing up I was a tiny little girl, until I moved into my grandparents house. That's when I started gaining weight. I tried many things as an adult to loose weight. I worked out 5-6 days a week with a personal trainer, had a nutritionist, dieted and dieted like crazy, but never lost more than 10 pounds. I finally made the decision that I needed to be banded. I was probably on the lower end of the obese scale, but I felt like if I didn't make the choice now to loose weight I would have had children of the next few years and not been able to loose that weight, and then the struggle would have been that much harder. I am extreamly happy that I made the choice to get banded. This is going to help me be a healthier woman, for that day that I have kids. I had to take control before I lost control anymore.
