I have just found this resource and it looks like it will help me on my journey.
I live in Perth Australia and had a sleeve gastrectomy on 4th September 2015. Had some ups and downs but i am 18kg lighter so must be doing something correct!! Love to hear from fellow aussies but looking forward to hearing about everyone's experiences.
Years of being overweight had finally taken its toll and hitting my fifties new it was time to do something serious about it. Like many had tried lots of diets with no real joy. So far have not had a single regret about having a sleeve. :) :)
