I am just starting this weight-loss journey. It may sound so familiar but I am one of those who can say I have tried everything. I am a mother of four children ages 9 to 15. I am married to my best friend since I was 15, we have only been married for years. He is fit and strong and I am tired of being over weight. I have been big all my life. I am tired of missing out on the things of life because of my size. I have missed family time, family trips ect because of my size! I'm done with it!
