Hello, my name is Krisztina, I had my vertical sleeve surgery on June 17th, 20015. So far with the liquid diet and the surgery I have lost 19.6 lb. I have thought about surgery for about 10 years but kept trying to loose it through diets and exercise as my friends were able to. Finally I decided that I am just having more health problems and I needed to take a more drastic action.
