Hi I'm Deb, I had my gastric sleeve done on the 14/5/2015.my starting weight was 95kg, an extra 30kg that had crept on after a 10 year old battle with depression.like all of you I tried every diet in the book and with my 50th birthday approaching as well as sleep apnoea with CPAP damaged knees and poor self esteem I decided drastic measures were required.
