After two years of researching I decided to go with the lapband, I was over 100 pound overweight but know I did not want my insides rerouted. Nor did I want that drastic of a surgery, I can loose the weight I just need extra help.I have been overweight since childhood and did not want my children suffering the same life I have had to endure. The name calling the stares. If I could become a more healthy mommy and role model than they would have a better start than I did.
Now two years later can say I am the mommy I wanted to be, a much better role model.

I had to have a revision surgery to VSG, due to my lapband slipping over Easter weekend where I ended up in the ER with emergency surgery for my band removal.
I love the VSG however I am struggling to loose the last 10 pnds.
