I am a 63 years old female. I have been thinking about this for years but never asked my doctor.
I am diabetic on insulin, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, and today I was told that I am a severe case of sleep apnea....fitted for a CPAP
I am 70 lbs overweight and was told that there is a very high chance of reversing or at least helping my diabetes.
My weight has been 80 lbs lower than now , I am at my heaviest now. I have been yo-yo ing with diets since I am 18 years old.
