I found BariatricPal 7months ago when I was contemplating on rather or not to have the surgery. So I decided to have weight loss surgery in May 2015 because I was over weight and I always had a desire to be more active with my family. I just wanted that happier, thinner healtier me back. The Good part about having surgery is that I'm loosing weight😃😃 I'm more active, I'm starting to see that old me again. The bad part about having the surgey is I'm loosing weight slowly it's been 6 months and I only have lost 48 lbs I exercise, take my vitamins, and drink my water daily however, my eating is not right. And on top of that Im experiencing all these different emotions. Like did I make the right choice? In addition, to that I'm constantly on the scale checking my weight making sure that I'm loosing weight. And that is an emotional roller coaster because what about the days, weeks or months your weight just stay the same like it has been for a month in a half. Than the food intake some days I could eat a lot some days I only can take in a couple of bites 😳 What is all that about? What I hope to gain from BariatricPal is to find some good information on how to stick to my goals . I'm a happy person who knows how to take sound advice.
