Hello Everyone! I am new here and just wanted to introduce myself. I am currently in the Options Program through Kaiser in Southern California. I am almost half way through the 12 week program. I know I will be having the procedure at Kaiser South Bay. Not sure when though. Hoping for the end of June. Things are moving quickly. I have been taking all of the vitamins as required and they said I need to lose 10% of my weight, so about 29 pounds. I have lost 17 pounds so far just following the 1200 calories per day. Looking forward to seeing where this journey will take me.
