Was just so fed up with the YOYO weight loss and weight gain that is my life. For 46 years I have battled with my weight and I just don't want to spend the rest of my life continuing on the same path. I don't want to get sick from being overweight. I am lucky, I am not sick, I don't have the normal ailments that come with being overweight for so long. I want to enjoy the rest of my life and not be ruled by food. My journey started Feb 10 (my surgery date) ...... I know I can do this :rolleyes:
