I found this website by searching google.
I have been over weight since I was about 13 years old. I played football, ate and worked out a lot. When I quit working out and playing football I kept eating like I still played football. I also had a step mother that deprived me of sugar and sweets when I was growing up as a child. She was abusive to me in more ways than one and that's all I have to say about that subject. This made me eat more of the things that I shouldn't of been eating when I could go buy what I wanted to eat without my step mother around.

Fast forward to my adult life. I drove an 18 wheeler most of my life and excercise hasn't been top on my ability list since I worked mostly over the road. These last few years have taken their toll on my body. I tried eating healthier but I had already put the weight on and there was no uick diet that was going to fix this. I grew to 380 pounds. It started causing me other problems that basically forced me to get the gastric bypass surgery. Orthostatic hypertension, or postural hypertension, is a medical condition consisting of a sudden increase in blood pressure when a person stands up. This however causes a lack of blood to the brain and it was causing me dizziness and falling spells. My personal experience is that it's related to to much weight gain. I had an angiogram done and it came back good. I have a healthy heart for 165 pound man. Unfortunately I weigh 380 pounds.

Long story short, I recently had the gastric bypass in hopes to lose weight and get rid of my orthostatic hypertension problem so that I can return to work.
