Im Jacqueline and I'm 4 weeks post gastric sleeve op. Im doing ok i think! Glad i had the surgery but its not easy thats for sure.
Im struggling to get protein at the moment as I'm vegetarian. Been ordering high protein vegetarian food online from Holland & Barrett. Don't really like the protein drinks.
Seems i have such a long journey ahead of me and I'm so cross with myself as ten years ago i lost 115 lbs with a slimming club but over the last 4 years I've gained 90 lbs!
So i decided to have the gastric sleeve and paid privately in the UK for my surgery. Lets hope it was money well spent!!!
