AM SO SICK AND TIRED OF...
Not being able to tie my shoes...or bending over at all
Running out of breath walking up stairs
not being able to last while playing with my children
being scared I won't be here for my family
feeling defeated
trying and failing
stepping on a scale and being let down
spending so much on garbage food
not being able to wear what I want because they don't sell it in my size
ripping the crotch out of all my jeans
MANY more as well.
It's time I took this route...I am ready...Let's do this.
