I'm now at a 60 pound weight loss. I"m proud of my work to get here. I'm happy that I made the decision to get the VSG...now I'm dealing with loose skin, loosing the last 20 pounds and the struggle to get there and stay on track....also the honeymoon period (first year) is approaching its end. I am anxious about keeping the weight off and the work involved. I already am finding it easier to eat more food and harder to get all my water and protein in. I also struggle with carbs...it's a constant battle and one that I can see will require my full focused attention to not get complacent.
I know what I have to do and yet I struggle with my head hunger...I still have cravings. I want sweet in the form of bread, pasta or dark chocolate...I love chocolate croissants more than life itself...
