I'm an author of romance, young adult and suspense novels. I have four dogs and a cat. Two children...alright really one the other is my husband. But he acts like a child so :P lol I am from NJ. Born and raised until the military dragged us everywhere and we landed in Leesburg GA. Im 39 years old...
I struggled with my weight my entire life. Up down up down...then I hit 35 and it was just up up up.
My family has passed away from heart attacks at the age of 52. It was a scary thought after I had my daughter that Id be dead by the time she graduated high school if this tradition kept on. So I decided it was enough. I dieted, worked out at the gym at like a rabbit and NOTHING. Maybe a pound or two. At 300 pounds 298 isn't much better. Finally I decided to just take the chance and have lap band surgery done. Im on day 5 post op. And I feel like crap. I hope this gets better.
