Hi I had my lapband surgery 6/7/2010 I did good for awhile lost about 75 pounds.last year about this time I started to gain it back( all but 10 pounds) I'm on the opi-fast diet for 2weeks because I've stretched out above the band so I can't tell when I'm full or not. Im happy to say sense going on the opi-diet I've lost about 8pounds. :) I'm also on the web site my fitness pals the only thing is there's hardly any people wow have had the surgery so it doesn't help much. I hope this one will help me more people like me! We'll see.
