Hi, all! This seems like the place to be for WLS advice! I have not had surgery yet because I was denied about 6 months ago. My insurance states that I haven't been big enough for long enough (even though I have high blood pressure and have a BMI of 39). Since I have not been able to lose on my own, I've been considering again the VSG. It was such a huge let down when BCBS wouldn't pay, and I gave up on even pursuing the idea after pouring my heart and soul into it before. But, I am ready now to start getting as prepared for it as I can get again and to give myself a chance for a new me again. I would appreciate any support and/or advice. Thanks :) Mary
