Im 2 classes away from my gastric sleeve surgery.my start out weight was 245 lbs my 1st class was in June.Ive been doing all the requirements plus walking 3 to 8 miles a day three times a week.im down to 221 lbs.excited to start my new life.Im a professional singer/songwriter.and I have a huge support system.thanks for shareing your stories with me.hugs y'all
