Hi my name is Lavonne I had lap band on August 8 2014.I was just browsing online and came upon this site I'm always wanting recipes for quick lunches an so on I have been over weight since my adult hood.I'm new on the lap band journey but hope to help and get help on this blog.I am very outgoing got a bubbly personality love to walk and exercise over all just want to get my life back and be healthy.Hope to make a bunch of friends on here that's going through the same thing as me.
