Hello all,
I am in the process of completing my steps for the sleeve procedure. I am practicing the steps given to me by my nutritionalist and trying to become as knowledgeable as possible for any challenges. I hope to meet other friends to help me thru my up hills and then share the knowledge with those to follow. I know that support will maintain my focus, and I am ready to evolve to the next stage of my life.
