My name is Denise, I have struggled with my weight pretty much on and off thru out my life. I accepted the invitation of bariatric surgery by my physician due to RA. Over the years the pounds have slowly increased and well alongside my RA specialist we come to agree that bariatric was a great option for me. I am currently waiting for surgery which is scheduled for January 8, 2015. I hope to get active and feel better about myself with this surgery.
