Hi everyone! I just had the vertical sleeve on Thursday June 5th. I am 42, married and the mother of 2 beautiful girls.
I was so excited and ready to make this change. I feel a little better everyday.
I found this site when I googled vertical sleeve support group.
Today is day 5 post op. I am now feeling very hungry and am having trouble getting my protein and fluids down. I am researching a way to get more protein in with less fluid. Everything tastes different than before surgery.
