I was looking for answers to gastric sleeve questions and came across this site. New to this...seems user friendly
My gastric sleeve was May 22, 2014. My doctor told me in January, don't gain any weight. Then I was 248#. Pre-op at hospital I was 234, now 19 days out I'm 215
Hardest part for me is no drinking pre and post food, especially post!
I live in Houston and would l love to find people around me to work out with. Although I cannot do much except walk and swim, July 3 should be able to tone !
