Had surgery on monday this week. I am an older sleever 61 and a tall sleever too. 6ft 1inch. Don't think I was quite prepared for how sore my abdomen would be. but Im walking 10 mnutes every couple hours and managing to get 3 protein drinks down and the water .Sleeping okay and no real heart burn issues .Only taking a couple of doses of pain meds since coming home tues ..
