Im 29 work in a busy 24hr service line, for oilfield company. Diets and what not worked when I had the time off but just needed that extra push. The lapband is really new to me coming up on 4 weeks. I used to play hockey and sports until I had a brutal leg break, now I'm hoping to get back into everything I have been missing.
