I'm Nate,

I have dealt with being overweight since 10th grade, I am now mid 20's and finally getting the new start I want. I have tried diets and a weight loss Dr. but nothing stuck. So now June 3. 2014 I will be having a gastric sleeve and really looking forward to a new life now. After seeing what one of my friends transformations looked like after he had it done, I thought why cant that be me???

I am as prepared as I can be.

Happy to have found this website and really looking forward to hearing other peoples struggles and triumphs and looking forward to making some new friends.

I live in the energy corridor area of Houston and also work in the area. I have been here for over a year and Houston is not my favorite place but working on it.
