I am post Surgery almost 7 months. When i Started this journey back in April I was 412lbs. I am now 220lbs as of January 24th. My surgeon even cant beleive how fast it came off me but everyone is different. He thought i would only get to around 250. Well im shooting for 200-210.. I think that is plenty and i hope it "shuts off" at that point. I started at a 52 inch waist and now i am a 34". I started at a 4xl shirt and I am now a large. Kinda plays when your head when you used to be the bigest guy in the room and now your just average but your head doesnt realize you are average.. Just something to get used to .
Thats my story. Hope to be 200ish in the next couple of months but truly no rush at this point.
