I was banded initially in 2006. I experienced little to no weight loss in fact I weigh more now than when I was initially banded. My starting band weight was around 220 my current weight is 246. I got all the way up to 283. My band slipped and I went in to see Dr. Joseph Kuhn and on 11-13-1 the ban was removed. I am converting over to the sleeve on 12-28-13. You can say I'm very nervous but ver excited about being sleeved.
