I am tired of the weight loss YO-YO/roller coaster. I have lost weight before in the past but due to health issues, it is not possible now. I am determined to get this weight off and KEEP IT OFF! Yes, it is a mind game and self-control is a must! I plan to lose 100lbs. I plan to be able to run after my grandbaby. I plan to be able to ride a horse down to the bottom of the Grand Canyon (bucket list). I plan to live a long, healthy life.
