I am a happy person, the glass half full type. I have syndrom x and other complacations with the weight gain. I have been on every diet for 15 years and nothing works permently. I turned 53 in November and that was the age my Mother past away at. I wanted to stop the cycle become healthy and be here for my family and for myself.
I checked with my doctors and surgery was a good option for me at 256 pounds I was killing myself slowly. On My 5th I had the surgery and today is June 4th and I have lost a total of 34 pounds. I know that the weigh loss will slow down and in 2 more week and can work out more.
All in good time, I am building my new life, a new healthly life.
